i was traveling with my husband andrew weintz on july 262022 from orlando fl to mexico city
flight 435fglight was delayed than we were waiting on the runway more than hour than plane started than came back to orlando
on the plane announcements were mostly in spanishi was asking passangers to translate
was chaos
plan landed back than was another hour to wait in a hot plane near gate
than was another wait in check in to rebook again announcements in spansih ONLY !
another mess and chaos
i am 68 y old my husband 72 we were going to short vacation to mexico city we lost night in a hotel and one whole day from vacation
flight was expensive i want compensation for this trip

i want money back for my flight to mexico city for two of us
