My complaint:
I received an email from Expedia which was my travel agency and also Delta which is partners with Aeromexico regarding the cancellation of my flight which I paid over $2000 for the email from both Delta and Expedia showed the credits that will last for up to one year due to the cancellation. I tried to use the E credit it says that it was closed and placed on a Knogo status due to security reasons I tried to get a refund I I was told I was should wait 4 to 8 weeks to receive that refine. It’s been eight weeks I have not. I tried to contact their customer service line they told me I have to contact a.m. customer support and wait a total of 10 to 15 days is been a month since I have reached out to them. I sent various emails haven’t received response.
