My complaint:
I, Keith Somers and my fiancé, Nadia Yanni, we’re both airline passengers aboard Aeromexico Flight AM140 (Business Class) on January 9th, 2023, when we suffered damage to one (1) suitcase rendering it unusable, and requiring immediate replacement.
However, due to a catastrophic breakdown in negotiations with Aeromexico staff, we are left no equitable option under international law but to DEMAND FULL AND TIMELY REIMBURSEMENT in the amount of:
$340.14 usd ( 6149.25 Mxn Pesos)
