My complaint:
To day 27/6/2023 I spoke to an Agent Venis at Aer Lingus Customer Relations saying that I wanted to book a flight from Cork to LHR/ Return using a voucher in pounds, he said I cannot do that.
At the time of obtaining my Voucher we were moving to Ireland and was assured that when I made another booking there would not be a problem, now their is!
What do I do?
