Aer Lingus complaint: BAD EXPERIENCE

My complaint:

All I was trying to do was book extra leg room seats on our flight leaving Cork on the 6th December to Lanzarote for 2 weeks. Tried so many times on line and that didnt work so thought it would me so much easier talking to someone. How wrong was I. I gave my Aer Lingus booking number which is 2FBP62 and the gentleman told me he could help me out, He asked my name and my husbands name and then for security reason asked for my email address on the booking. I told him it was aidanmoconnell@hotmail.com which he told me was wrong, so I gave my own email which is rosemaryocon@gmail.com, and he said that was wrong too!!! He had a different email. I’m totally confused , we don’t have any other email address. He then asked me to give the last 4 digits of the card I paid TUI with, and again he said that was wrong. He had a different number, and with that he said he couldn’t help me any further as I had failed your security. !!!!! HOW FRUSTRATING. Rosemary O’Connell

All I want is to try and book extra leg room seats on outward and return flights, thats all.
