My complaint:
Connecting flight from Dublin to Boston Mas was cancelled after waiting 5 hrs in airport 102922. No new flight made by Aer Lingus. Had to sleep on the floor of airport. Rebookied a new flight myself on Aer Lingus for 103022 at a cost of $1200. Submitted refund claim for 11122. Have called and emailed multiple times. Have been told my refund is in the QUE. Will not give me to a supervisor or the department issuing the refund to talk to.
