My complaint:
Explain the fact that PUC appears to Rubber stamp rate increases for AEP (all TDU for Texas)? Adding nonsense Regulations and forcing green energy that the ROI is never reachable. These Regulations add costs. The PUC should push back on these critical things for Customers. That’s what the PUC is for or use to be.
Suggested solution:
Find an easy way for customers to actually complain about the PUC and get answers that don't send us all chasing our tail.
