AEP Energy complaint: Numerous mistakes on bill

My complaint:

For 3 months we have received termination notices, it was even cut off . So we struggled to come up with the 609.00 reconnect fee. Social Services helped with a 500 pledge and we paid the rest. It was cut back on and just 3 weeks later it was cut off again. Saying it was not showing any payments made even though it was reconnected. Social Services called again and got it cut back on. Now yet again they are threatening to cut our power off again and saying none of the payments are showing. It’s really frustrating especially when you have kids.

Suggested solution:

Clear out bill to what it should be, which is about 350.00$
