My complaint:
When I first started service they tried to charge me a $600 deposit. I had the trustee get that lowered to $300. That was during the summer of 22 and now as of February of this year 23 they decided to charge me another $500 deposit. My service has never been turned off. Yes I have had disconnection notices but it has never been turned off. I don’t understand how they can charge two deposits.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of the $500 deposit
