My complaint:
It’s ridiculous how much we are being charged for service ! My bill was literally half of my paycheck. Hard working people shouldn’t lose half of their paycheck just to make sure they have lights and heat to keep their families safe. AEP I’m calling you out to make this right and fix this money racket you have going.

By lowering the cost for their customers
