My complaint:
I added up my usage and there is no way possible it 400-500 a month. Idk if meter is wrong or not getting read. I never see anyone reading it. I can’t afford it or believe it’s right. My system needs checked out.
Suggested solution:
Fix the reason my bill jumped up by 330 a month
