My complaint:

I have been waiting on service to start for a week now. Waiting on so-called verification. I am the property owner of the address and I have spoken to Mrs. Shay (unknown last name) and now she says she needs to speak with the owner. bottom line is it has been a week and i have called at least 15 times to resolve this everyday and the electric is still not on. Shay is clearly not doing her job, She is very unprofessional and rude. I understand the process and that customers she usually deals with may be disgruntle but she needs a different job then. everybody is not a bad person. I need service to start at my property immediately. This is rediculous.

Suggested solution:

Turn my service on and remove mrs shay from that dept.
