My complaint:
Tree fell down yesterday around 2:30 pm , tree was removed almost immediately, our neighbors and I still don’t have electric, across road does, we been told numerous times it will be back on and it keeps getting pushed later and later, have not seen not 1 AEP truck since electric went down, we are almost at 24 hours no power, no way to cool down house, hot and can’t sleep. All our food going bad.. this is ridiculous
Suggested solution:
We need power restored ASAP... this is ridiculous! Switch just needs to be hit for our road, our food going bad and ya and our kids are miserable inside with no air.. definitely fixed and possible discount since we may have to replace in food or something..
