My complaint:

I never received any letter until today 06032021 about a disconnect for service after June 15th,2021 if my past due was not paid in full. My power was disconnected on June 1st without any notice. I didn’t receive any type of notice on my door either. When I spoke with Customer service they told me they couldn’t help me.

Suggested solution:

I am not sure.
