My complaint:
It seems like my bills every month is almost 500 dollars I’m on a monthly check and got to pay for all my bills including food so how on earth can it say I own 1800 back bill and 300 this month when they don’t even come read the meter to even really see how much electricity is being use and keep in mind I live in a small 2 bedroom trailer
Suggested solution:
They need to take money off my bill cause I know it's not that high every month when I don't even use my heat or heaters
