My complaint:

My family has been living here for four years and my bill has been outrages. Even after all my children moved out it seemed to never lower and we get a disconnection notice every month. How is this possible.

Suggested solution:

I would like someone to come and read my meter, we have never seen anyone here to check it and we are home during the day.
