My complaint:
Technician Dominic Kalanish said he showed up at my house but he did not. He was on my doorbell camera. Any technician should know there is a doorbell camera. When I called, he had told them he came to my home at 3:44, the same time I received a text that he was on the way. You are supposed to get a 30 min notice before they even come. I was then told they would send someone again, but then Stephanie calls from the tech department and tells me that I would be charged an extra fee, which is a lie. I am a new customer. I call back only to find out that she lied, they did not have anyone that could come out. Both employees should be fired!!! I need to be compensated for taking off work for the afternoon.
Suggested solution:
Fire both employees. Compensate me for taking off work for the afternoon. Pay for my month with a broken alarm that I have not been able to use in January and February. I will send the proof that Dominic never showed up and he will never be allowed at my home if a repair is needed again.
