My complaint:
HOW DOES ANYONE EXPECT TO OPPERATE THIS SYSTEM WITHOUT A CONTROL PANEL AND FOB ,ORDERED 7 WINDOW AND 2 DOOR SENCERS ,ONLY GOT 2 DOOR SENCERS AND A MOTION DETECTOR ,TRYED TO EXPLAIN THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN,TRYED TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY DIDNOT SUPPY ME WHAT I NEED TO MAKE THE SYSTEM WORK ,THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE A CHARGE OF 800.00 to cancel a incompleat system,this is totaly unfair,THATS WHY IAM CONTACTING COMPAINT BIZ

replace the missing parts or cancel the service
