My complaint:
I have played poker on Zynga poker for 5 years. All the sudden, Zynga poker suspended my account for violation of selling or buying Chips. I wrote to Zynga customer support that I have never bought or sold Chips from anyone. All I got was sorry if our system said there was a violation, we suspend the user account. I responded to Zynga that I never did what I was accused of but all I got was sorry. This is terrible that you are banned from a site based on something that you never did. Do not play on this site.
Suggested solution:
I would like to receive apology and reinstatement of my account.
