Zynga complaint: Farmville 2 country escape does not wont to connect to the internet or wifi

My complaint:

Farmville 2 Country Escape does not want to connect to the internet…cant enjoy the game

Suggested solution:

Direct me on what to do so that the game will be online...not connecting
