My complaint:
The more money I spent in zynga poker store the less hands I win at the tables.I am facing series of loses when I have pretty much strong hands in poker but for 4 months(period I play zynga poker)it never happened that I have a serius of winning the big pots.Every time just serie of loses.I also discovered some false info regarding there mega bonus spin for gold and they dont want to remove those false info from ingame.I gave them a thousands of dollars in past allmost 4 months and most of my mails support ignore or when they reply they just send some article to read where is written that gameplay is fair and safe for every player.But I have 234 people offering me chips for money(I cant win nothing and they had hundreds of trilion chips for sale.They ofer those chips on every social platform but only zynga team cant catch them
Suggested solution:
They should return me some money or give me some chips upload and remowe that algoritm from my profile so I can have normal play
