My complaint:
When ever questioned why my money is not sent to the bank i am giving the run around.The main thing is how they keep finding ways to keep your money.This so called automated system is designed to keep your money and if your lease is payed up,you have overage send it to the drivers bank stop keeping it for lease thats already paid up.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money by sending overage to my bank and stop keeping it for lease already paid.
