My complaint:
Driver 1605 Picked my ride up at 9:25pm then held my trip for about 30 plus minutes then cancel it at 10pm, I had to be at work at 10pm I feel like this driver a personal vengeance against me. I feel like this driver is bad for this company not a good look…The date was January 20th 2023.
Suggested solution:
Resolve asap driver 1605
