I called and reserved a handicap van Nov 22 for Nov 24. I was given ation ‘s for a round trip. It was scheduled for 12:30 pm. They said it could be as late as 1 pm. At 12:58 pm I called ztrip and they were still locating a van. My son is handicapped and is confined to a wheelchair. This was the first time we were able to get him out in 2 yrs. His extended close family were all present. I tried to stay calm and I called again at 1:18. They were still looking. At 1:32pm I made 1 more attempt and they promised to keep me info. I saw a call come to my phone at 3:55 pm and I did NOT answer and they left NO message. So he didn’t get to come eat or our home. I used Yellow Cab 2 3 yrs ago and the rides went perfect. I called Yellow this yr and ztrip took them over.
I will NEVER USE ZTRIP AGAIN if anyone asks for my advise it will be NEGATIVE. I won’t refer them and tomorrow I plan to go to the nursing home administrator and ask him to inform all residents to NEVER use ztrip.
