zTrip complaint: took my money

My complaint:

driver showed up, demanded to be paid up front, took a picture of my credit card, ran it for more than was available, refused to take me, put me out. I then attempted to order a lyft, wasn’t able to because ztrip had a hold on the money that WAS on my card. refused to send me a ride, or release the hold on my money.

Suggested solution:

I need a ride to work, as I now do not have money to get there, where I was supposed to be at 2am. no ride to work, no money to pay a ride, and no ...I NEED A RIDE TO WORK
