My complaint:

I am an independent contractor working in Grants Development. I research andor write grants for a non-profit that helps homeless and low-income people in Southern Oregon, and now fire victims. I am also an independent contractor with the local school district as a Reader – I read, proof, critique and score Senior AP research papers, and Junior research papers. Both of these jobs are part time and don’t pay a whole lot. I am 72yo, on SS, and cannot afford a paid Zoom account, so I have a Free one. I’ve spent 5-6 HOURS in the past week trying to establish a decent virtual background for meetings I get invited to, with no luck, and you do not offer phone support for free account holders. I’ve looked at your vb video a dozen times, looked into your support tab, help tabs, settings, and Googled on this issue many times. NOTHING WORKS. I don’t understand why you don’t have more support options for Free account holders; I would think you have many more of those than paid accounts. I have had a few Zoom meetings this past week and more to come, and the virtual background I did establish makes me look like a ghost on a green-color background. When I looked at reviews of Zoom on other websites I found the exact same issue on one, but the site didn’t post any answers.
I’m a retired journalist and columnist and have been using computers since the ’70s, but obviously am falling behind in technology. Trying to find a good computer teacher is like trying to find a new boyfriend, only worse. HELP!

Help me set up a decent virtual background I can use for any meeting that I\'m asked to attend.
