My complaint:

I paid for the Standard Pro package on 27th May, invoice number INV88308414. However, my Zoom was not upgraded and I am receiving only the Basic features. I tried to contact Finance@zoom.us twice, quoting my invoice, but have received no response.

Suggested solution:

Refund please.
