My complaint:
I pay $20month for Zoom. 3 weeks ago the mike stopped working. Now, noone can hear me. They can hear me on Facetime and on my MacBook but not on Zoom.
I have tried to resolve the problem through their chat which was useless. Tried Calling. Brought my computer into my Office at Tech Support where they re-installed and spent an hour trying to solve the problem which they could not do.
They should have a bigger Tech support with all the money they made on the markets. How hard can it be to provide a service for a member who pays for their service? Shame on them.
I am super frustrated. I will be leaving them shortly if they do not reach out and try and solve this problem.
Suggested solution:
They need to figure out what they did in early November 2020 to make my MacBook not work with Zoom. It worked since March 2020 but since November 2020. Useless.
