My complaint:
I am a student at the University of Iowa and was hosting a recruitment event for my sorority via Zoom. About half an hour into the zoom meeting I was sharing my screen as we were watching a video and three males got on the zoom call that were not members of the sorority or people being recruited. These three males then began saying the n-word, amongst other curse words and when I tried to unadd them from the call I was not able to. they saw me trying to unadd them and said I couldn’t. they then wrote the n-word across the screen of the zoom call and i then ended the call as quickly as possible

I am writing this complaint to see if there is anything that can be done about this
