My complaint:

I terminated my membership on November 29, 2020. Unfortunately, I was debited with N5,923.78 on December 7, 2020.
What was the debit for? I need a response please.

Suggested solution:

I need to know why my account was debited after the termination of my zoom account. And I need a refund of my money to my account.
