My complaint:
Dear Zoom administration team,
Hope this mail finds you well.
I just noticed a debit on my card for zoom subscription with the following details:
Zoom Account Number: 3014954449
Payment Method: Credit Card
Payment Date: 03042021
Amount: $14.99 US Dollar
Please note that I did not effect this payment and would want this debit reverted as soon as possible. I don’t have need for your services this month and at such cannot go through with the subscription process.
Suggested solution:
Kindly revert this transaction to the same account details and cancel the subscription for this month. I have also cancelled the subscription from my end but please I need the money reversed as soon as possible.
