My complaint:

I cancelled zoom due to a double charge.
There is no contact for billing support.
Now each month zoom attempts to charge my cancelled account.
I canceled my credit card.

Suggested solution:

I would like zoom add billing support to discuss and fix errors.
I simply want the company to stop charging me for a cancelled service.
