My complaint:
I have sent zoom a message via their support system as I teach exercise to music and you can’t hear me well when I am teaching despite using a mic. I have been waiting for MONTHS! This is not good enough
Suggested solution:
I want a phone call to go over the set up and to ensure I am heard as well as the music and so that I can hear the music too
