My complaint:
I can not cancel my subscription to Zoom. If I try it says I need to cancel my additional options first. But guess what? I can not cancel those without Contacting Sales. I have tried contacting sales, through the sales contact sheet, 5 times in the last 4 weeks. The response has been ZERO!
Suggested solution:
Cancel my subscription.
