My complaint:
Zoom has a feature where you can add an additional host to your account. No where does it say that if you do this the other person’s account, if they have one, will be closed. It is very confusing. Mine was closed and I had a substantial amount of money left on my account which was then transferred to the new host. I have not been able to get my refund for nearly a month. Zoom is too busy, apparently, to get to my request. I get a standardized reply that they will get to me as soon as they can but this is ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
They need to add more staff if they're going to grow as fast and big as they have during covid-19. They can take on all these new accounts but they can't service them. They need to be able to give er service.
