My complaint:
I tried logging into my zoom account to join one of my online lectures through my student email. For some reason, it said incorrect password and when I tried to reset my password, it said unable to reset password for this email. Now I am unable to join any of my online lectures because I can’t log in or change my password.
Suggested solution:
Enable me to change my password for my zoom account vholden@uwo.ca
