My complaint:
I contacted the company about assistance with my account. The automated system kept giving me the run-a-round. So, I called sales at about 12:20 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The person on the other end seem to keep asking me questions about hearing hear. I then asked her if she could understand me. She right away asked me if I was being racist on her. I was shock. I am African American. I said in reply, how could you imply such a thing. Of course I want to understand you, I paid for a product and I want assistance. Without any additional communication, I said that I will call back on Monday and left the conversation.
How do you fix it: Speak with the person and ask why she felt that way. Maybe training in the area will help. Seem she was too ready to enter into a race matter. I see this as poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with someone who can assist me with my issue regarding breakout rooms.
