My complaint:

Hello, I have a monthly account with zoom, which I pay cause I thought the following problem would disappear but it hasn’t.

My current ID number in zoom is: 489 216 7484

When I`m in the middle of my class my audio just shuts down for about 15-20 seconds and my students can’t hear me. This is very annoying as it interrupts the class and there is no reason for such a problem as it miraculously comes back after this break of 20 seconds.

I would like you fixed this issue as there shouldn’t be any reason for that happening especially in a service that I am paying.
