Zoom complaint: ZOOM CHARGED ME FOR A FULL ADDITIONAL MONTH WHEN I CANCELED ON DUE DATE

My complaint:

I canceled my Zoom subscription a few days ago, on the date for monthly renewal. Although I never missed a payment, I had not used my Zoom account in four months. When I canceled my subscription, which was to be temporary, Zoom immediately informed me that my account was paid for for another 30 days. There was no easy way to contact them as well to ask them to please credit the monthly charge for the upcoming month. I was planning to return to Zoom in the future but at this point I do not TRUST Zoom as a business to look out for its customers’ satisfaction or their fair interest. I have stopped encouraging my friends and family to use Zoom and instead suggest alternative platforms.

Suggested solution:

They should reach out to me and offer to credit the last monthly subscription charge, since I canceled my monthly subscription on the very day of monthly renewal and I had not even utilized my Zoom account in the prior 4 months.

Exactly same thing happened to me and there is no way to reach the company.

Zoom renewed my account for a full year after I had discontinued their service, it cost $160.39. They have a “no refund” policy.
It’s a con game, and it works well for them.
