My complaint:
my meeting time has been cut short to 40 minutes, even though I have pay monhly subscription for over two years.
And this happend without any notice when I was hosting a meeting about two weeks ago.
I was embarrased.
I contacted Zoom through the customer service and I was advised to piut my compliant down.,
I did so but no one has come back to me.
I plan to host a meeting tomorrow, will my time be cut short again??
Suggested solution:
As a montly subscriber can Zoon return my meeting times to unrestricted, or at least two hours PER MEETING.
