My complaint:
I tutor online, one student. Our sessions are generally 45 minutes to an hour. Today, I got a message that the meeting will end after 40 minutes unless I upgrade, I am currently using a free Zoom account and cannot afford to pay for Zoom Premium or whatever it is. Tutoring doesn’t pay that well.
Suggested solution:
Up until now, Zoom has generously allowed longer meetings for two or three people. They should continue that. Zoom is so well known and widely used now that they shouldn't go after the small customers who are teaching yoga to a sick friend or helping a kid with homework. Don't make me pay for a service I've come to like and depend on.
