My complaint:
I originally subscribed for zoom for a large meeting with maximum no. of participants for 500. However, at tonight meeting, once the participants reach the no. of 100, no more participant is allowed to join in. I checked the account which shows that my subscription is for 500 participants. In order to resolve this issue, I need to increase the no. of participants to 1000 by paying more before more participants are allowed to join in. I feel like being robbed by Zoom. I am really pissed off. Really want to cancel the subscriptions. Unfortunately there is no better alternative in the market. Wish Microsoft could improve Team so that people have more choice. No need to be bullied by zoom.
