Zoom complaint: Given only 40 minutes when payment is done

My complaint:

The zoom was not able to deduct from my account for two months because I’ve change my atm card. They send me notice and I replied three times that my replies were ignored. Last October 26, 2021 my zoom account was downgraded. But last October 29, 2021, I bought again a zoom pro, but the company gave me only 40 minutes to use because of my unpaid bills. But yesterday, I watched in you tube how to pay zoom bill using new card and I successfully paid it. However, when I try to schedule a meeting now, I’m still given 40 minutes. How can you help me on this?

Suggested solution:

I should be given more than 40 minutes or zoom pro privilege because I have paid already my previous bill.
