I have been trying to resolve a problem involving not being able to screen share an Excel file with a person that I shared the same file with many times before. The FOUR live chat persons were clueless about how to solve it. It’s been 5 hrs. of frustration and it’s still not solved.
Suggested solution:
Have a senior level support person give me a telephone call.
