My complaint:
Beginning at the end of March 2021, I was contacting zoom to downgrade my plan from Business to Pro before the subscription renewed the second week of April. I have spoken to no less than 5 customer service agents via text who all tell me that someone will have to get back to me. No one has contacted me to date. I’m due a significant refund.
Suggested solution:
1. Downgrade my plan from Business to Pro.
2. Issue a refund for the difference, effective at the start of this subscription period.
