My complaint:

I took out an annual plan on with Zoom on 27th February 2021 and £143.88 was debited from my PayPal. I then to the option to stitch to a monthly account, and the invoice history shows a credit of £129.40. However, that amount has not been refunded to my PayPal account.
On 6th April I took advantage of a special 30% discount offer, with the promise that the previous payment would be refunded. However, they took a further £90.98 from my account without any refund. So that means that have taken £234.76 from me for one year! I have contacted Zoom by email and letter but have received no response

I have contacted you twice already (by email and letter), with no response from you. You actually owe me a lot of money, so please can you kindly sort this out.
