My complaint:

I placed an order with zoom food in Shrewsbury today with abi deli at roughly 1.15pm the restaurant was showing as open on there site I then had a phone call from a man from zoom telling me that abi deli had run out of food so they wernt taking orders so I asked for my money back as I have three kids to feed and that’s all the money I had he was very rude told me I’d have to wait untill at least 4pm to recieve my money back I told him I need to feed my kids and that’s all I had he told me there was no manager to talk to and no one in finance so I’d have to wait till at least 4 to get my refund I then told him I no the people well at abi deli so I’ll ring and tell them what you’ve done as I was on the phone to them he rang back telling me he had done the refund abi deli were not happy about any of this either as they told me they finish at 1 and zoom should never of had there restraunt as open then anyway on there site I then rang zoom back to get the lads name his name is Sam he said ! He was rude over spoke me and refused to give my money back or speak to his manager wen I rang back he said you make your complaint I’ll ring abi deli we’ve got a good working relationship with them abi deli were not happy about how I’d been treated at all this is not the first time this company have done this to me last time I had to wait till the next day to be refunded back my money disgusting behaviour

I want a full apology from them ASAP and Sam to spioken to about his customer service skills I’m surprised this company make any money at all
