My complaint:

I paid for the annual instead of the monthly because I thought I would only have to pay around 12 dollars if monthly if I took the annual.

I just purchased it today. I wish change of product to 14.99 usd a month and get my refund for the automatic deduction of 149 usd. I truly didn’t like the automatic deduction without notification s of getting deducted ahead of time.

That money was meant for something more important than a one year subscription of your product.
Please refund.
