My complaint:
i once paid zoom one month fee of Rs 1534 by debit to my credit card on 11.11.2020..I did not use this facility . i had not given any instruction to renew the subscription . But Zoom has debited my credit card with out my consent Rs 1534 on 11.12.2020..Neither credit card nor zoom inform me about this debit . This is very unacceptable .i did not use the zoom even one day one hour .TOTAL EXTORTION.
Suggested solution:
If they are true business people they shroud refund Rs 1354 immediately.
