My complaint:
I had a very important Board meeting with 45 participants. We wanted to do breakout rooms and so I pre-assigned the rooms the day before. I do not have time during the meeting to perform this task. I am also aware that I cannot do this with a CSV attachment unless everyone has a Zoom account. When the time came to break everyone out, only half the participants were sent to their rooms. I had to manually assign everyone which was incredibly stressful and disrupted and delayed our conversations.
Suggested solution:
Do not offer pre-assigning rooms if it is not an option! Please spend the billions of dollars you have to resolve this technical glitch. It has happened to everyone I speak to.
